EZVialZ Legal Notice

1). The purchaser is 100% responsible for legal purchase, storage, application, use, advertising, forwarding and resale, whenever applicable, for all items and services purchased or acquired from this website. 

2). The purchaser is entirely responsible for the understanding of any legal theories that pertain to the use of these advertised products. If the purchaser is unfamiliar with said theories, it is the purchaser's responsibility to seek appropriately licensed legal counsel. We do not give refunds for goods confiscated by customs agents or any other state or government enforcement agency.

3). To help prevent against unlawful intrusion of this website and its database information, EZVialZ and its parent company will collect and store any information associated with visitors to this website. This includes both manual visits as well as script generated indexing visits. Website "harvesting" or "scraping" will be considered a Copyright violation. 

4). To help prevent and prosecute credit card fraud, all IP addresses associated with visits and orders are recorded and stored for an indefinite time period. This includes both domestic (USA) and international users.

5). Anyone who visits or uses this website fully agrees to these stipulations. 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING
Packages are generally shipped within 1 business day Monday through Friday after receipt of payment. Goods are shipped using either US Priority Mail, US Express Mail, FedEx Ground or FedEx Express. We will gladly ship to a freight forwarder or PMB. 

SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR MOST DELIVERIES. DONT ORDER IF YOU OR YOUR DESIGNATED RECIPIENT CANT SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGES.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
If your organization needs specific manufacturer information, you need to make that request BEFORE you place an order. Some of our products are clearly designated with the manufacturer name, others have proprietary information as to the manufacturer name and location. If you need to know the manufacturer's name, and we have a confidential OEM manufacturing source, your order will be considered as an error on behalf of the Customer and you will be responsible for return shipping charges and restocking fees deducted from your credit (see below).

RETURNS
1). It is the customer's responsibility to make the correct determination and selection of all products on this website. Unfamiliarity of the products and incorrect decisions by the customer will NOT result in free exchanges or refund of charges.
2). We do not give refunds for sterile items. We do not accept returns for defaced items or goods opened and not in original sold condition. 
3). Requests for returns must be made in writing within 5 business days after receipt of the product.
4). If we offer a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), all returned product must have an EZVIALZ issued RMA Number (issued by Customer Service) on the label as well as the packing slip. Products returned without an RMA will result in ZERO refunds being given.
5). ALL RETURNS will have 20% of the goods value deducted from the refund. There will be ZERO refunds for the initial shipping charges to you and ZERO reimbursement for the return shipping charges back to us.

 EXPORT SHIPMENTS: We do NOT give refunds for products confiscated by any Customs Agents. It is entirely the customers responsibility (your responsibility) to know what importation restrictions may be in force.

SHIPMENT DELAYS
If you have paid for expedited shipping service (eg: FedEx Overnight), but the package wasnt delivered on time due to weather (at any point in the shipping route), there are no refunds for the delay in shipping. Non-refundable delays include: weather (fire, flood, tornado, earthquake, and hurricane), or civil unrest (demonstrators blocking transit pathways, etc).
